醋醬焗茄子

便宜又簡單的食譜又來了‼️ 昨天在街市看到小小的本地荷包茄子,外型圓渾飽滿,顏色漂亮,好可愛?,二話不說,馬上買下四顆。☀️在熱熱的天氣下,當然要做一道?「醋醬焗茄子」,只需要✌?兩個步驟就輕鬆搞定❗️(食譜如下,謝謝??)

「醋醬焗茄子」

材料:-
茄子(小).........4隻
油...................少許

醋醬汁材料:-
醬油................1.5湯匙
白醋................1.5湯匙
蔥花................2棵
已烤白芝麻.....1茶匙
青陽辣椒........1/2隻
辣椒粉............適量

做法:-
1. 將所有醋醬汁材料混合拌勻備用。
2. 把油塗在茄子表面,然後放進已預熱之焗爐,以220度烤20分鐘拿出切半,拌與醋醬汁同吃便可。

小貼士:-
辣椒粉可隨個人喜好加減。
